  U9-U10 Boys and Girls: $375
  U11-U12 Boys and Girls: $425
  U13-U14 Boys and Girls: $500

• Play begins Friday, Nov. 25th
• Check-in on site no later than 90 minutes prior to first game.  Bring 6 copies of Official team roster, approved guest player forms (as applicable), medical releases and passes, and Travel papers (if from outside of Florida)

Teams are required to check-in with the Site Director at the site you are playing at, at least 90 minutes prior to their first game of the tournament.  Each team needs to bring:

• 6 Copies of their Official Roster with jersey #s (FYSA, Other USYS State Association, US Club or Federation) as well as permission to travel documents from your Intl Federation or USYS State Association
• Approved Guest player / Player loan forms as applicable
• Player & Coaches passes
• Player medical releases for our review
