Check-in Requirements

Teams are required to check-in with the Site Director at the site you are playing at, at least 90 minutes prior to their first game of the tournament.  Each team needs to bring:

  • 6 Copies of their Official Roster with jersey #s (FYSA, Other USYS State Association, US Club or Federation) as well as permission to travel documents from your Intl Federation or USYS State Association
  • Approved Guest player / Player loan forms as applicable
  • Player & Coaches passes
  • Player medical releases for our review
